Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, otherwise called Nero, was the fifth Roman ruler, who was notorious for the supposed consuming of Rome to develop his popular scene manor known as the Domus Aurea or the “Brilliant House”. He was conceived on fifteenth December, 37 CE.
