9. Isaac Newton
Sir Isaac Newton was an English physicist and mathematician, who is considered to be one of the most influential scientists of all time. He was born on 4th January, 1643, in Woolsthorpe, England. After finishing school in 1661, he went to Cambridge University, where he concentrated on science, mathematics and philosophy. He read books by Galileo, Rene Descartes, Euclid and Johannes Kepler.
